  • Correspond with your mortgagee requesting a Discharge of Mortgage (if applicable)
  • Preparation of the PEXA workspace and documentation for settlement
  • Preparation of documentation in Duties online to calculate stamp duty payable
  • Signing off electronically on all documentation on your behalf
  • Peruse Statement of Adjustments and forward a copy to you
  • Booking settlement with all parties via PEXA and completing settlement
  • Storage of your file for 7 years
